So.. the new system is My interpretation of a Christian Nation..
And I will intent on building new cities to fix the housing problem..

To fix the housing problem..
I will unlock crown land to build new cities..
I will use the resources of the land to build new cities..
This means the new country will b loosing nothing.. since its using its own resources to build new cities..

And so.. the new government with build new cities with a lot of houses.. And put the houses up for sale..
So..
There are 2 main types of people in this case..
The person who works and is able to provide for themself..
And the person who is unemployed unable to provide for themself..
The person who is unable to provide for themself.. Will receive welfare payments.. or a base pay of around $2 thousand per month less or more..
And they will use that money to pay back the government..

So the one who works.. will pay back the government..
And the one who gets welfare will pay back the government..

So each male who doesn't have a house.. 
Can agree to buy or mortgage.. this house land electric car package..
They will pay it off during their life time..

So someone who doesn't work..
Will get a base pay per month..
And if they decide to buy a house land electric car package..
Then they will enter into a repayment plan to the government.. interest free.. Until they pay it off or they die etc..

So you can buy a house package.. from the government in the new cities..
And you just pay back the government in ur lifetime.. 

So.. the government will unlock crown land and use the resources to build new cities with a lot of houses..
Then the government will put it up for sale..
The person who can support themself can buy and pay off the repayment plan throughout their lifetime..
And the person who can't provide for themself.. But is now receiving a welfare payment of around 2 thousand dollars per month..
Will use a fraction of their pay.. to pay back the repayment plan over their life time..
So for example.. The welfare recipient can pay back $500 per month..
So in 12 months time He would of paid back $6 thousand dollars..
In 10 years He would of paid back $60 thousand dollars..
In 20 years He would of paid b $120 thousand dollars..
So..
The Government will build weatherproof shelter.. Or cheap shelter if it can't build proper houses..
Weatherproof shelter can b shipping container houses modified.. container houses.. sheds.. weatherproof tents.. cabins.. etc..

So.. Each male will b given a package..
Weatherproof shelter.. land.. electric car.. and you can add everything else you need to that package aswell.. such as furniture.. couch.. microwave.. air conditioner.. sporting equipment.. desktop computer.. laptop.. mobile phone.. etc..
So you can add things to the package.. and you just pay back the government over time.. interest free..
You can also add things to your package when things come up.. and you can just add the expense to the package..
So if you forgot to add a fridge.. you can add a fridge to your package and pay off the total over time..

So basically..
Those who work or are receiving welfare..
All it is.. is just..
The government builds new cities..
And puts it up for sale..
And a male can agree to receive a house car land package.. 
And the male pays it off during His life time..
And the government is loosing nothing.. because its using its own resources from its own land..

So.. It will b good.. if a male finishes high school.. His final year of school..
And He is able to get a house land car package.. 
And He doesn't need a job..
Because He will receive a life to death welfare payment system..
Of around $2 thousand dollars per month..
And he just pays like $500 off per month..

So.. if a male enters in2 agreement with the government..
He will pay like $500 a month off the package agreement..
The money will b automatically deducted from the welfare payment each month.. So you do not need to worry about making manual repayments..
It will all b automatic..

So.. The new government just builds new cities with its own resources..
Puts the houses on market.. for males to buy or enter in2 a repayment plan..
And thats it..
Thats how I would build new cities.. and new houses.. etc etc etc...
